RESERVATIONS

Reservations made at least 45 days prior to arrival
Deposit – 30% of total reservation cost within 7 days of confirmation
Balance – full balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival
Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival: Immediate full pre-payment due

Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits:
Gorilla Permits to be paid in full prior to confirmation - non-refundable

IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of total reservation cost will be charged


Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival:
15 – 29 days prior to the date of arrival 50% cancellation fees will be charged 0 – 14 days prior to the date of arrival 100% cancellation fees will be charged. No refunds are due for any unused accommodation, services or features whatsoever
